Padgett Seep and Associates, LLC is an independent Arizona Licensed Investment Advisor which gives us the flexibility to work with our clients in a variety of manners. Clients can work with us under a commission structure where we are compensated by the issuing investment company, or insurance company, for directly investing a client's assets with them. We also have the ability to charge fees for our service such as; management fees for overseeing assets wherever the client chooses to have their investments, financial planning fees for written comprehensive advice and strategies, or hourly rates for specific financial advice and counsel.This independence and flexibility provides our clients the ability to choose how they would like to work with us.
